Pinoy Builders celebrated its third anniversary in 2022 and has continued to provide its audience with up-to-date news on the Philippine construction industry, tips and tricks, DIY advice, and sustainable construction efforts among others. As we continue to serve our community, we would also like to thank our ka-Builders for your continued support.

 

2022 saw the continued rise of the construction industry in the Philippines. The year also saw the industry as it transitioned from strict pandemic lockdown measures to the new normal. We also saw the eve of DIY trends that continued to make their rounds, with most people still busy working from home. 

 

With that, Pinoy Builders would like to present the Top 10 articles of the year that caught the attention of the community.

Top 5 Universities in the Philippines for Aspiring Architects

 

We featured the top architecture universities in the country based on the June 2022 Architecture Board Exams. The list was curated based on the top five schools with the highest number of achievers. 

 

The universities included in the top five include the University of the Philippines Diliman, the University of Santo Tomas, Mapua University–Manila, Polytechnic University of the Philippines–Sta. Mesa, and Ateneo de Davao University.

Top Engineering Universities in the Country for Aspiring CEs

 

Apart from the top universities for architecture, we also covered the top universities for Civil Engineering. Much like our article for architectural universities, we based our list on the PRC’s May 2022 Civil Engineer Licensure Examination Results. The list follows the performance of the universities based on the results. 

 

 

Based on the exam, the top universities are University of the Philippines – Los Banos, University of the Philippines Diliman, De La Salle University Manila, University of Santo Tomas, University of San Carlos, and Ateneo de Davao University.
