That said, here are three of the country’s top building and construction trade shows to keep tabs on.
Top Building and Construction Trade Shows in the Philippines
PhilConstruct
PhilConstruct is one of the Philippines’ longest-running and largest trade events that cater to the building and construction industry. It is an industry event made also by those within the industry to ensure that those in attendance remain well-connected to the people who matter to their businesses. The event has since become a household name in the industry trade events scene. Each year, PhilConstruct houses companies from over 20 countries which ensures both local and international exposure.

PhilConstruct has three editions catering to audiences and companies across the Philippines. Their Mindanao leg of PhilConstruct 2022 recently closed its doors as it ran from September 8 to 10, 2022, construction professionals and industry leaders graced the SMX Convention Center Davao that shared their knowledge on various topics with those in attendance.
PhilConstruct began its 2022 event series with PhilConstruct Luzon, which ran from June 9 to 11, 2022 at the SMX Convention Center Clark, Pampanga. PhilConstruct Visayas happened a month after and ran from July 21, 2022, until July 23, 2022, at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel & Casino, Lahug.
Pinoy Builders at PhilConstruct
Since 2019, Pinoy Builders has been present at PhilConstruct to not only promote and foster but also to be a part of the growth of the country’s construction industry. Apart from having the chance to be present at their physical events, Pinoy Builders was also a part of PhilConstruct’s virtual event series, PHILCONSTRUCT VX, where we also had the honor to sit down and have an interview with PHILCONSTRUCT’s Event Chairman Junn Elepaño.
In 2022, Pinoy Builders was also present for PHILCONSTRUCT Mindanao 2022 Hybrid Edition, which happened from September 8 to 10, 2022, at the SMX Convention Center Davao. Since PhilConstruct Mindanao is a hybrid event, they also made an online edition available to those who couldn’t attend the event physically.
PhilConstruct 2022 will have its last event for the year on November November 3 – 6, 2022, at the World Trade Center Manila and the SMX Convention Center Manila. They will also have an online edition for the event.

WorldBex
The Philippine World Building and Construction Exposition (WorldBex) is best known for its premiere and world-class trade presentations in the Philippines’ construction and design industry. The event gathers both local and international companies focused on construction and design, allowing for professionals and individuals in those fields to further expand their network and their knowledge.
WorldBex typically happens in two venues, namely the World Trade Center Manila and SMX Convention Center Manila – both in Pasay City. Their 2022 edition happened last August 31 to September 3.
WorldBex also has three (3) regional events under the umbrella Philippine Building and Construction Exposition (PhilBex):
- PhilBex Davao (slated to happen on May 2023 at SMX Convention Center SM Lanang, Davao)
- PhilBex Iloilo (slated to happen on July 2023 at the Iloilo Convention Center)
- PhilBex Cebu (slated to happen on September 2023 at the IC3 Convention Center Cebu)
WorldBex 2023 will happen in March 2023 at the World Trade Center Manila and SMX Convention Center Manila.

CME Philippines
The Philippine International Construction and Mining Industry Trade Show (CME Philippines) is an event targeted at the booming mining and construction sector in the country. The event showcases the latest and most innovative equipment and suppliers to other professionals and major buyers. CME Philippines welcomes developers, mining professionals, road builders, rental companies, municipalities, government entities, and distributors.
The Philippine International Construction and Mining Industry Trade Show will happen on November 30 to December 2, 2022, at the SMX Convention Center Manila in Pasay City.
As the construction industry in the Philippines continues to grow, the trade shows in the country also expand to cater to the growing demand in the industry. These trade shows ensure that those in the industry are well-connected and well-educated with the latest trends and innovations in their respective industries.

UAP National Architecture Conference
Organized by the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP), the National Architecture Conference brings together industry professionals and leaders for a series of talks and seminars. Some of their seminars also allow the delegates to earn CPD points. This premiere event for those in the architecture industry is one that shouldn’t be missed.
